There are plenty of health benefits to drinking matcha, including regulation of cholesterol and blood sugar, as well as prevention of age-related illness. 1 tsp. Matcha powder

1 cup skim 

1 tablespoon light agave nectar


  1. Place matcha in the bottom of a coffee mug or other heat-proof cup.
  2. Bring milk to a simmer in a small pot.
  3. Whisk a little of the heated milk with your matcha until there are no clumps.
  4. Add the rest of the milk and continue whisking.
  5. Tip the cup to while whisking to get more froth.
  6. Sweeten with agave syrup if desired.

Makes 1 latte.
